Exchange and return policy

- Exchange and return are a guaranteed right for all our customers, and it includes all the products that we display on our store.
- All products displayed on our store are subject to the exchange and return policy in accordance with the terms and conditions stipulated in this page.
- It is possible to return or exchange if the product is in the same original condition when purchased and in the original packaging within 14 days.
- The request for exchange or return will be approved within 3 working days.
- If the return and exchange request is approved, the representative will reach the customer within 2-3 working days.
- Please send a message via the Whatsapp application to the number shown on the waybill in order to request a return or exchange, or contact us through the Contact Us page in order to request a return or exchange.
- Please photograph the product and send it, specifying the city, address, and order number, so that it can be replaced with another product if the product has a manufacturing defect.
- The amount will be refunded to the customer in full if the product that arrived to the customer is completely different from the product requested in the purchase order on the product page on our website, without shipping costs. In the event that the customer wishes to return or exchange, shipping costs will be applied according to the prescribed fees.
- We are not responsible for any expectations of using the products on the part of the customer that are not mentioned on the product page of our website.
- After the legally prescribed exchange or return period of “14 days” expires, the customer is not entitled to exchange or return.
